1. What the site is

PairCountry ("we", "the site") is a website that lets you interact with public, permissionless smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Those contracts let anyone launch a memecoin under a country and trade it in two Uniswap v4 pools whose liquidity is locked. Country tokens are wrapped ETH.

The site is an interface. It never holds your funds or your keys. Every launch, trade and harvest is a transaction you make yourself in your own wallet. If the site disappeared, the contracts would keep working without it.

PairCountry is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood, Uniswap, or any government, state or public body. Country names and flags are used as symbols and identifiers only.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live and be of legal age there.
• You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your gas, and every transaction and signature you approve.
• Do not use the site to break any law, to manipulate markets, to impersonate any government or official body, or to harm others.

3. Tokens, fees and risk

• Coins are memecoins. They carry no rights, no claim on anyone, no relation to any government or currency, and no promise of value. They can go to zero. Country tokens are plain wrapped ETH.
• Every coin trade pays a 1% pool fee that goes on-chain to the coin's creator. Launching a coin costs a launch fee. Current numbers are on the docs page.
• Prices move. Quotes on the site are estimates; the on-chain result is what counts.
• Anyone may call the harvest functions; the contract, not the caller, decides where fees go.

4. No advice, no warranty, limitation of liability

Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairCountry and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, market moves, network problems, or your own mistakes.

5. Content you publish

Names, tickers, images and links you attach to a coin are written to a public blockchain and cannot be removed by us. You are responsible for them. We may hide a coin from the site's lists at our discretion; its pages and contracts stay reachable.

6. Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
